Los derechos de importación de que trata la Ley117 de 1913 se cobrarán en las Aduanas de Buen aventura y Guapi en la forma siguiente:

Durante el año de 1915 con una deducción de un 10 por 100.

Durante el año de 1916 con una deducción de un 5 por 100.

Del 1.° de enero de 1917 en adelante tales derechos se cobrarán sin deducción alguna.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo entrará a regir de acuerdo con lo que al respecto dispone la Ley 24 de 1898 .
