El pago de las acciones podrá hacerse mediante el aporte de bienes, cuyo estimativo se hará de común acuerdo por el aportante y la Junta Directiva del Instiutto. En este caso no actuará en la Junta Directiva el representante del accionista interesado. No se podrá aportar para cubrir el valor de las acciones, créditos a cargo de los mismos accionistas de la Institución. CAPITULO III Disposiciones especiales sobre capital.
