Los dineros provenientes de los recursos a que se refieren los ordinales a), b), c), d) y e) del artículo 1o. de esta Ley, que se recauden en cada Distrito Judicial, serán invertidos en el mismo por el Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, en los programas a que se refiere el artículo 2o.
