Art.78. Si no hubiere arreglos se hará en la misma Junta el nombramiento de Síndico ó Síndicos y de peritos avaluadores de los bienes.

El Juez, oyendo el concepto de los acreedores y del deudor, fijará de antemano el número de los Síndicos,que no excederadetres. La Junta nombrará otros tantos suplentes. A falta de Síndicos principales y suplentes el Juez hará las designaciónes.
