Art. 2.° La cuenta comprobada de que habla el artículo anterior será remitida a la Intendencia jeneral de Guerra i Marina para su exámen, verificado el cual será pasado con el correspondiente informe a la Direccion del Crédito nacional para el reconocimiento definitivo del Poder Ejecutivo i la consiguiente omision de los bonos flotantes.
