Abrense al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia en curso, los siguientes créditos adicional: MINISTERIO DE CORREOS Y TELEGRAFOS CAPITULO 60 Correos - Personal y material, Artículo 613 bis. Para dar el cumplimiento a la autorización dada al Gobierno por el artículo 20 de la Ley 76 de 1914 orgánica de los ramos de Correos y Telégrafos, a fin de adquirir los vapores correos necesarios para un rápido servicio por cuenta de la Nación entre la Costa Atlántica y el interior de la República, y dictar todos los Decretos tendientes a la mejor organización y administración del ramo de Correos y Telégrafos hasta doscientos mil pesos$200,000
