En la etapa de ejecución presupuestal, el Ministerio de Hacienda incluirá en los Acuerdos de Obligaciones y Gastos, las correspondientes partidas. La Tesorería General de la Nación hará efectivos los giros respectivos. El Instituto presentará al Ministerio de Hacienda, en forma mensual, la solicitud correspondiente a la facturación de los aportes que se de deben cotizar al seguro social y cuyo pago le corresponda cubrir al Gobierno Nacional.
