Cuando la Asamblea General de Accionistas o la Junta Directiva no hayan efectuado las elecciones o nombramientos que les corresponde hacer conforme a los estatutos, se entenderá prorrogado el período de las personas anteriormente nombradas o elegidas hasta cuando se haga la elección o nombramiento correspondiente.
