Artículo único. Durante el tiempo en que, de conformidad con el artículo 1. ° de la Ley número 2 de 1905, el Presidente de la República ejerza sus funciones fuera de la capital, los asuntos urgentes serán despachados por el Ministro de Gobierno, con arreglo á la misma Ley. Comuníquese y publíquese.
