La solicitud de que se practiquen nuevas diligencias en caso de error esencial, dolo o ignorancia, debe ser hecha, con los respectivos comprobantes, dentro de un año, contado desde el día en que las autoridades que representan a las entidades respectivas, hayan recibido el plano y los documentos correspondientes a la demarcación.
