En los casos en que la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, como Cámara Central de la República, fuere invitada a formar parte o a hacer oír sus opiniones en alguna otra forma en Congresos o Conferencias Internacionales la designación de Delegados que ahí hayan de representarla, y las instrucciones que se les den para el desempeño de su encargo serán acordadas con el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio y refrendadas por él.
