Si aún después de cumplido el trámite de que trata el artículo precedente, resultaren recursos disponibles, por no haber suficientes postulaciones aceptables para la adjudicación de subsidios a afiliados de otras Cajas de Compensación Familiar, el saldo se aplicará a las postulaciones aceptables de hogares en los cuales ningún miembro se encuentre afiliado a Cajas de Compensación Familiar, según el orden secuencial de postulaciones calificadas por el Instituto de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, INURBE. El trámite subsiguiente será el mismo expresado en el artículo anterior.
