Los empleados públicos, especialmente los Gerentes o Administradores y demás empleados de las empresas nacionales, las entidades oficiales o particulares y, en general, todas las personas que contravinieren el presente Decreto; incurrirán en multas de diez a quinientos pesos, que serán impuestas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, teniendo en cuenta, al fijar su cuantía, la gravedad de la infracción .
