Las empresas de que trata esta Ley quedan sujetas a la supervigilancia del Gobierno, que la ejercerá por conducto de la Superintendencia Bancaria, a la cual deberán rendir todos los informes que ésta solicite y en la época que determine. La Superintendencia llevará a cabo el control y revisión de tales empresas en la forma y oportunidad que estime conveniente.
