Artículo único. Serán incluidas en el presupuesto de gastos para la vigencia económica de 1887 a 1888, las partidas que se mencionan en el proyecto de ley de la materia, presentado por el Gobierno al Consejo Nacional, con las modificaciones, adiciones y supresiones que este determine.
