Este Convenio estará abierto en la Sede de las Naciones Unidas, a partir del 18 de abril de 1994 y hasta el 26 de septiembre de 1994 inclusive, a la firma de las Partes Contratantes del Convenio Internacional del Café de 1983 o del Convenio Internacional del Café de 1983 Prorrogado, y de los Gobiernos invitados a las sesiones del Consejo Internacional del Café en las que fue negociado el presente Convenio.
