El valor del seguro por las incapacidades previstas en el artículo 2º, se liquidará y pagará de acuerdo a los siguientes porcentajes:

Cuando la incapacidad laboral sea del 95%, la indemnización será igual a la establecida en caso de muerte.

Si la incapacidad laboral es o excede el 75%, sin pasar del 95%, la indemnización será equivalente al 75% de la prevista en caso de muerte.

Si la incapacidad laboral es o excede del 50%, sin sobrepasar el 75%, la indemnización será equivalente al 50% de la estipulada para caso de muerte.
