Para la salida ocasional de la jurisdicción del correspondiente municipio donde circule, todo vehículo tipo automóvil o taxi debe cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito. En ningún caso el modelo del vehículo que realice transporte ocasional podrá ser superior a dieciocho (18) años.
