Toda persona o grupo de personas podrá solicitar revisión del estrato que se le asigne. Los reclamos serán atendidos y resueltos en primera instancia por el comité de estratificación en el término de dos meses y las reposiciones por la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios.
