La Nación, por conducto de la Sección de Arquitectura del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, procederá a construir en Salamina el edificio suficiente para el Instituto Salamina que por el artículo anterior se nacionaliza, y que debe ser proyectado de acuerdo con las necesidades presentes y futuras de la región.
