Cada afiliado por el solo hecho de serlo tiene derecho en las reuniones de la Asamblea a un voto por lo menos. Los estatutos de cada Caja podrán, sin embargo, adoptar sistemas de votación ponderada tomando en cuenta el número de trabajadores beneficiarios vinculados laboralmente a sus afiliados.
