Reincorporación al trabajo.

Al terminar el período de incapacidad temporal, los empleadores están obligados, si el trabajador recupera su capacidad de trabajo, a ubicarlo en el cargo que desempeñaba, o a reubicarlo en cualquier otro para el cual esté capacitado, de la misma categoría.
