ARTICULO 26. Concurso de hechos punibles. El que con una sola acción u omisión o con varias acciones u omisiones infrinja varias disposiciones de la ley penal o varias veces la misma disposición, quedará sometido a la que establezca la pena más grave, aumentada hasta en otro tanto.
