Articulo 77 . Si la entidad concedente no pudiere notificar personalmente al infractor o su representante legal, se dejara una citación escrita con un empleado o dependiente responsable del establecimiento o sitio en el cual se pudo haber cometido la infracción para que concurra a notificarse dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes. Si no lo hace, se fijara un edicto en la secretaria de la entidad concedente, durante cinco (5) días hábiles, al vencimiento de los cuales se entenderá surtida la notificación.
