Articulo 10 . En el Juego de Apuestas Permanentes, las apuestas para ser consideradas como validas, deberán efectuarse en el formulario oficial del juego, el cual será emitido exclusivamente por las entidades concedentes. Este formulario será suministrado por dichas entidades a los concesionarios debidamente autorizados y será de obligatoria utilización para el juego. La emisión y utilización de formularios por personas diferentes a las contempladas en este Decreto dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones penales correspondientes.
