Artículo primero. Designase al doctor Alberto Ospina, en representación de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior y a la doctora Lucila Lozano de Estrada, Ingeniero Electricista al servicio de la División del Arancel, de la Dirección Nacional de Aduanas, para que asistan en representación de Colombia a las reuniones que tendrán lugar en Montevideo, a partir del 13 de junio del presente año, la primera para negociar un Acuerdo de Complementación de la Industria Electrónica, y la segunda, Sectorial de las Industrias Electrónicas y de Comunicaciones Eléctricas de la ALALC.
