También se privará del socorro del Montepío á las viudas, hijos, madre ó padre de militares, cuando estando en posesión del socorro obtengan pensión ó recompensa del Tesoro por los servicios de éstos, en el caso del artículo 17 de la Ley; pero pueden hacer el cambio indicado en el mismo artículo.
