La Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar de conformidad con sus atribuciones legales vigilará el adecuado desempeño de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar en todo lo relativo con apropiaciones e inversiones de los Fondos de Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda, y adoptará las recomendaciones y sanciones a que haya lugar.
