°. Registro y control de los recursos de las entidades territoriales. Los recursos cuya titularidad corresponda a las Entidades Territoriales se registrarán y controlarán de forma individual. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social expedirá la metodología para el registro e imputación de los rendimientos financieros que dichos recursos generen y para el registro y control en forma independiente por parte del Fosyga de los demás recursos de que trata el artículo 2° del presente decreto, excluidos los que corresponden a la Subcuenta de Solidaridad del Fosyga.
