El peticionario deberá matricularse, de acuerdo con el plan de estudios, en todas las materias en que haya obtenido calificaciones inferiores a la cifra tres (3); deberá presentar exámenes en todas aquellas en que haya sido calificado con esta cifra tres (3) y tendrá derecho a que se le acepten como aprobadas aquellas en que haya sido calificado con las cifras cuatro (4) o cinco (5).
