Los Inspectores técnicos serán nombrados y removidos libremente por el Gobierno, deberán tener patentes de idoneidad para desempeñar los servicios que van á prestar, estarán sometidos al Intendente, tendrán su residencia en el lugar que el Ministerio de Obras Públicas designe, y disfrutarán de una asignación fija mensual.
