El procedimiento señalado en este Decreto también deberá seguirse cuando se considere conveniente y necesaria la prorroga de los convenios cuya celebración requiera autorización previa de la Presidencia de la República. En ningún caso habrá lugar a prórrogas o adiciones automáticas o tácitas de dichos contratos.
