Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en normas especiales y en reglamentos técnicos o medidas sanitarias, tratándose de productos que, por su naturaleza o componentes, sean nocivos para la salud, deberá indicarse claramente y en caracteres perfectamente legibles, bien sea en sus etiquetas, envases o empaques o en un anexo que se incluya dentro de estos, su nocividad y las condiciones o indicaciones necesarias para su correcta utilización, así como las contraindicaciones del caso.
