De los ciento cincuenta mil pesos (150.000) que trata esta Ley, cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) se distribuirán a la suerte en premios de dinero y de fincas raíces, entre los depositantes de cajas de ahorros, por una Junta compuesta del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, quien la presidirá, el Superintendente Bancario y el Gerente del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que debe dar el Gobierno a la presente Ley. Dicha reglamentación deberá publicarse profusamente, junto con texto de esta Ley, dentro de los sesenta días siguientes a su promulgación.
