Defensor. El denunciado tendrá derecho de nombrar defensor a partir del auto de apertura de la investigación. Si no lo hiciere, deberá nombrarlo al momento de la indagatoria. Si en este momento no lo hiciere, se le nombrará defensor de oficio.
