Cuando faltare el notario, la primera autoridad política del lugar de oficio o a petición de parte designará un encargado de las funciones mientras se provee el cargo en interinidad o en propiedad, según el caso. También habrá lugar a la designación de encargado en los casos previstos en los artículos 39 y 111 de este Decreto.
