Art. 3.° Una vez formada la Tarifa de que habla el artículo precedente, y aprobada que sea por Decreto legislativo, el cobro de los derechos de importación se hará de acuerdo con la citada Tarifa y desde la fecha que en el Decreto aprobatorio se señale. Comuníquese y publíquese.
