º MERCANCIAS NO SUJETAS AL REGIMEN PREFERENCIAL. Al amparo del régimen aduanero preferencial previsto en este Decreto no se podrán importar armas, explosivos, vehículos, productos precursores de estupefacientes, drogas y estupefacientes no autorizados por el Ministerio de salud y las mercancías cuya importación se encuentre prohibida por el artículo 81 de la Constitución Política o en virtud de convenios o tratados en que Colombia sea parte.
