ARTICULO 149 . Definición . Con la finalidad de obtener el restablecimiento del derecho y el resarcimiento del daño ocasionado por el hecho punible, el perjudicado o sus sucesores, a través de abogado, podrán constituirse parte civil dentro de la actuación penal.
