Cambio de escalafón. Los Suboficiales en servicio activo que hayan adelantado y aprobado estudios universitarios con un plan oficial mínimo de cuatro años, previa solicitud y concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa, podrán pasar al Escalafón de Oficiales del respectivo Cuerpo Logístico, con el grado de Subteniente o Teniente de Corbeta. Si hubieren optado su título profesional, podrán hacerlo en el grado de Teniente o Teniente de Fragata.
