Artículo único. Dentro de las prescripciones del Decreto reglamentario, auméntense a 50 y 60 palabras las franquicias concedidas por los Decretos números 896 de 1924 y 1858 de 1931, a los Administradores y Directores de los lazaretos de la República y al Administrador o Director del Departamento Nacional de Higiene, respectivamente. En los anteriores términos quedan reformados los Decretos números 896 de 1924 y 1858 de 1931.
