A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto el Liquidador del Fondo de Pasivo Social de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia, en liquidación, deberá entregar al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social un informe mensual sobre el estado de los procesos y reclamaciones laborales en trámite.
