ARTICULO 3.1.4.0.1 .- RESERVAS TÉCNICAS. Las entidades aseguradoras deberán constituir las siguientes reservas técnicas, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que para el efecto expida el Gobierno Nacional

a)

Reserva de riesgos en curso;

b)

Reserva matemática;

c)

Reserva para siniestros pendientes, y

d)

Reserva de desviación de siniestralidad. SECCION SEGUNDA. DE LAS INVERSIONES
