MUERTE DEL SEPARADO. En caso de muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional que se halle separado temporalmente del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden regulado en este estatuto tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarlos de los Oficiales y Suboficiales que fallezcan en servicio activo.
