Prohibición de rifas de armas y municiones. Se prohíbe las rifa de armas y municiones. La inobservancia de esta norma, implica para el responsable la acción disciplinaria o penal a que hubiere lugar.

Parágrafo

Los clubes de tiro y las asociaciones de coleccionistas podrán efectuar remates entre socios de los mismos.
