Articulo 91 . Todo ciudadano o funcionario publico, deberá poner en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes cualquier deficiencia que observe en el diligenciamiento y utilización de los formularios oficiales del juego de apuestas permanentes, así como la sujeción a las apuestas o al plan de premio señalado en este Decreto. Igualmente se denunciaran los casos de venta ilegal del juego de apuestas permanentes o de utilización ilegal de formularios, contratos o licencias de funcionamiento.
