° El Ministerio de Salud, de conformidad con la delegación conferida por el Acuerdo número 001 de agosto de 1981, emanado del Consejo Nacional Coordinador del Servicio Social Obligatorio, seleccionará y aprobará por el término de un (1) año, las localidades, programas y servicios en donde puede cumplirse el Servicio Social Obligatorio al cual hace referencia el presente Decreto, igualmente, procederá a efectuar la inscripción y adjudicación de los cupos necesarios.
