° Créase la Junta de Adquisiciones y Suministros de Materiales y Utiles, que estará integrada por el Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos, el Secretario del Ministerio y los Directores de los Departamentos de Correos, Telégrafos y Teléfonos, Contabilidad, Personal e Internacional. Esta Junta decidirá sobre las adquisiciones que sea necesario hacer y sobre la distribución de materiales y útiles a las oficinas ministeriales y a los diversos almacenes.
