Del Presente Decreto, Estarán Ejerciendo Ilegalmente La Profesión De Economista Y Por Lo Tanto Se Harán Acreedores A Las Sanciones Que Establecen El Artículo 9 De La Ley 41 De 1969 Y Los Artículos Números 20 Y 21 Del Decreto 1268 De 1977

Para ejercer empleos oficiales en los que la ley exija la calidad de Economista, será indispensable para tomar posesión, presentar al funcionario que deba darla el certificado de inscripción a que se refiere el artículo 7 del Decreto 2209 de 1971.

Parágrafo

Quienes en la actualidad ejerzan empleos oficiales en los que la ley exija la calidad de Economista y no hubieren acreditado estar inscritos ante el Consejo Nacional Profesional de Economía en los términos del artículo 7 del Decreto 2209 de 1971, deberán hacerlo dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto.
