Acceso carnal abusivo con menor. El que acceda carnalmente a persona menor de catorce años, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a diez (10) años. Si el agente realizare cualquiera de las conductas descritas en este artículo con personas menores de catorce años por medios virtuales, utilizando redes globales de información, incurrirá en las penas correspondientes disminuidas en una tercera parte.
